<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module including a built-in electronic component, which adequately suppresses or blocks noise exerting an influence on an electronic circuit and a signal line located near the circuit and can stably maintain accurate operation by reliably preventing erroneous operation of the electronic circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A DC-DC converter 1 as the module including a built-in electronic component includes: a substrate 2 including the built-in electronic component such as an IC chip 7; and an inductor 8 or the like mounted on the substrate 2. In the substrate 2 including the built-in electronic component, a wiring pattern 32F serving as a signal line for feedback for monitoring an output signal of the DC-DC converter 1 is arranged so as to overlap with a mounting region of the IC chip 7 in a surface direction of the substrate 2 including the built-in electronic component. Thus, leakage magnetic flux from the inductor 8 is shielded, and stable operation of the IC chip 7 can be secured.
