PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroluminescence display device where an area out of display region is narrowed compared with that of display region and that has less display image distortion over the display surface. SOLUTION: Interface between first resin layer 24 and inorganic layer 25 includes: a flat part 1c along emission surfaces of a plurality of electroluminescence elements 20; and an inclined part 1d that inclines downwardly in an outward in a surface direction. The inclined part 1d partially overlaps the display region 1a of the plurality of electroluminescence elements 20 and a light-extraction side surface of a second substrate 27 goes along the emission surfaces of the electroluminescence elements 20.
