PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of difficulty in evaluation of detection of kidney toxicity by a hematological method or a pathological method since a marker is limited. SOLUTION: Since a gene expression change within an organism caused by change in an external environment is sharp, identification of a gene set for discriminating organism toxicity allows the organism toxicity to be detected rapidly and accurately before the organism toxicity occurs and is verified by an pathological inspection. There are provided a method for detecting and predicting organism toxicity using the new gene set, the kit, a method of dealing with the organism toxicity, and a method for confirming a candidate medicine of the organism toxicity.
