<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a proper structure and performance when viewed from a biotechnological viewpoint, cost reduction aiming at mass production, and design and mass production for coping even with various sizes and physical properties of a winding tape, since a tape cutter of a conventional example has an issue for rationalization up to a using stage from a producing stage, in the taper cutter for cutting off an extracted tape from a winding tape, when a winding tail part of the winding tape of superposably winding a tape on a cylindrical core, is extracted by hand of a user. <P>SOLUTION: As illustrated in Fig.1 as an example of a solving means in a simple constitution which places emphasis on the function as a manual tool for extracting and cutting the winding tail part of the winding tape, members except for a blade and a support spring using metal as a raw material are fabricated of a synthetic resin as a raw material, and the cost reduction, the design and the mass production for coping even with various sizes and physical properties of the winding tape, are made possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
