METHOD AND SYSTEM OF CONTROLLING NOZZLE

PURPOSE: A nozzle control method and system, which can measure the state of long nozzle and collector nozzle, are provided to accurately connect a long nozzle and a collector nozzle in the replacement of a ladle. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle control method comprises next steps. The central shaft location of a first nozzle and a second nozzle is measured by reading the first and second nozzle images which are taken by a first camera(321) and a second camera(323). The actual distance between the central shafts of the first and second nozzles is drawn by calculating the each measured distance from the first and second nozzles to each central shaft using the images which are taken by the first and second cameras.
