PURPOSE: A steel sheet with excellent heat-resistance, chemical-resistance, thermo-conductivity, heat-emissivity, and adhesiveness is provided to be used for a metal printed circuit board and LED technology. CONSTITUTION: A steel sheet with excellent heat-resistance, chemical-resistance, thermo-conductivity, heat-emissivity, and adhesiveness comprises theme resin-melamine based hardener composition 40~50 weight%, paint 5~10 weight%, silane coupling agent 1~5 weight%, matting agent 1~5 weight%, and aluminum agent 1~20 weight%. The theme resin is composed of one or more of acrylic resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, and polyester resin.
