摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques of shortening a recovery time in a source driver integrated element of a liquid crystal display device when a drop in a voltage of a power supply occurs. SOLUTION: In a gamma buffer circuit adopted in a source driver, a differential amplification section is not directly connected to MOS transistors of a current mirror section but connected through a diode coupling type MOS transistor. The operation range of the gate of the transistor at an output terminal is decreased by about a threshold voltage of the diode coupling type MOS transistor. Thereby, the recovery time after a voltage drop of a power supply terminal and the recovery time after a voltage bouncing of a ground terminal can be shortened. Also, matching characteristics of an input transistor are improved, and thereby, a random offset is reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
