The present invention provides a method for preparing mixed fermented grain, comprising a step of mixing mixed grain flour and lactic acid bacterium; and a step of injecting liquid milk to the mixture obtained in the previous step to ferment the mixture by lactic acid bacterium. The present invention also provides a fermentation vessel for preparing the mixed fermented grain. |
