SEAL BOX

A seal box comprises a pipe screen (7), a first comb-shaped side-folded plate (10), a second comb-shaped side-folded plate (11) and a cover plate (9). The first comb-shaped side-folded plate (10) comprises a comb-shaped bottom part and straight bottom parts connected respectively with the comb-shaped bottom part. The second comb-shaped side-folded plate (11) comprises a comb-shaped bottom part and straight bottom parts connected respectively with the comb-shaped bottom part. The comb-shaped bottom part of the second comb-shaped side-folded plate (11) is provided with an opening for casting refractory. The first comb-shaped side-folded plate (10) and the second comb-shaped side-folded plate (11) are butted and welded on the pipe screen. The cover plate (9) is sealed with the first comb-shaped side-folded plate (10) and the second comb-shaped side-folded plate (11) via welding. The structure of the seal box facilitates welding in work sites, improves the strength of the seal box, reduces welding amount for installation in work sites, decreases possibility of deformation of the seal box caused by welding, and improves sealing performance of the seal box. In addition, the steel plate to be welded with the pipe screen can be installed in a workshop without influencing water leakage observation for the pipe screen in the process of on-site hydrostatic test.
