PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit faults such as sink and distortion deformation peculiar to resin, furthermore save the weight, and reduce the cost on the premise of a synthetic resin molding. SOLUTION: A piping clamp is formed in a rectangular solid shape as a whole by integrally molding a synthetic resin, the piping clamp is also provided on the top surface with depressions 12 and 12 having an arc-like cross-section in which a part of the outer circumference of a pipe P is fitted, and then formed with surrounding ribs 16 on four sides and intermediate ribs 17 and 17 between front and rear sides when the direction in which the depressions 12 and 12 extend directly under the center of the depressions 12 and 12 is designated as a front-rear direction, whereby a first resin theft portion 14 and second resin theft portions 15 and 15 are provided in the center and both right and left sides on the under surface, respectively.
