PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet embedded rotor which has a configuration preventing jumping out of a permanent magnet from a rotor core under a centrifugal force to effectively utilize a magnetic flux generated from the permanent magnet for high magnetic efficiency, relating to a magnet embedded rotor for wind power, especially a large magnet embedded type. SOLUTION: In the magnet embedded rotor, a magnet structure body in which a permanent magnet 3 and a magnetic body yoke 4 are joined integrally is inserted in a magnet hole 2 formed at a rotor core 1. A magnetic body yoke engagement part 6 formed in the magnetic body yoke 4 and a magnet hole engagement part 7 formed in the magnet hole are engaged with each other for fixing by respective engagement parts.
