PURPOSE: A reinforcement device for jointing concrete and steel column is provided to reduce risks of damage to a load supporting member due to transferring. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement device for jointing concrete and steel column comprises a load supporting member(20) and a connecting member(40). The load supporting member supports the load of concrete(2) which is welded in a steel column(1). The load supporting member is fixed to the steel column. The load supporting member comprises a head part(22) and an extension part(24). The extension part is extended from the head part. The extension part comprises a shear stud. The connecting member is installed in the steel column. The load supporting member is fixed and coupled to fix the connecting member to the steel column.
