摘要 PURPOSE: A highly-oriented graphite electrode of an electrochemical cell electrodepositing or detecting lanthanum group or actinium group of metallic element in hot fused salt is provided to perform lanthanide and actinide electrodeposition by expanding potential window of a carbon electrode to a negative region -2.35V. CONSTITUTION: A counter electrode(2) and working electrode(3) of a highly-oriented graphite electrode are connected to one side of hot fused salt(5) of LiCl-KCl under Ar atmosphere. The hot fused salt includes lanthanum group or actinium group of metallic elements. The counter electrode and the working electrode are connected to a power supply device(1). If the power supply device applies power to the electrodes, electrodeposited material(4) of the lanthanum or actinium metal is attached to the surface of the working electrode. The electrodeposited material is separated and collected from the working electrode.
