PURPOSE: A developer bearing body, a developer, and image forming device are provided to realize a transferability and maintenance of safe developer. CONSTITUTION: A developing roller includes a developing sleeve(114) and a magnet. The magnet is arranged inside the developing sleeve. The developing sleeve is a cylindrical member consisting of a nonmagnetic metal. In the surface of the developing sleeve, a plurality of V-shaped grooves(115) is formed. The V-shaped groove is expanded to an axial direction.
