PURPOSE: A laser device installed in a vehicle using the power of a fuel cell is provided to reduce the noise and exhaust gas of an engine by loading the laser device on a vehicle instead of a diesel engine. CONSTITUTION: A laser device installed in a vehicle using the power of a fuel cell comprises multiple DC/DC converter(400), a laser generator(401), a heat treatment device(402), an optical transmission system(408), a tracker(410), and a tracking collimator(409). The DC/DC converter converts DC power supplied from a fuel cell(406) into DC power with high output. The laser generator generates a laser beam with high energy by receiving the DC power. The heat treatment device eliminates heat occurred in the laser generator. The optical transmission system transmits the laser beam to the tracker. The tracker traces a target to focus the laser beam to the target. The tracking collimator comprises a beam director(412) for the focusing of the laser beam.
