If at least one of the plurality of data can be acquired via wireless communication, the start-up control unit (401) controls the starting and stopping of the wireless communication unit (402) so as to wirelessly communicate at the prescribed interval corresponding to the acquirable datum. If none of the plurality of data can be acquired via wireless communication, the start-up control unit (401) controls the starting and stopping of the wireless communication unit (402) so as to wirelessly communicate at the shortest of the plurality of prescribed intervals.
