PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor that achieves thinning of the entire motor height by dividing each tooth of a stator core so as to double the number of slots of a stator with respect to the number of magnetic poles of a rotor magnet. SOLUTION: The brushless motor includes: a stator in which a coil is wound around each tooth of a stator core 5b; and an annular rotor magnet freely rotatably provided oppositely to the stator and in which different poles are circumferentially and alternately arranged. Each tooth is circumferentially divided into two. The number of turns of the coil wound around a pair of teeth 1a1 and 1a2-1f1 and 1f2 is formed to be equally shared. Each pole of the rotor magnet is made to correspond to magnetic poles 2a1 and 2a2-2f1 and 2f2 of the pair of teeth so as to double the number of slots with respect to the number of poles of the rotor magnet.
