PURPOSE: A scalp massage machine is provided to massage scalp by using air, to reduce stress, and to promote blood circulation. CONSTITUTION: A scalp massage machine comprises: a plurality of air cells(6) which are installed inside a helmet and massage scalp while selectively supplying air; an attaching/detaching unit preventing separation of a helmet from the head; and a chin strap which is fixed in order to attach and detach the attaching/detaching unit. In the front end of the air cell, an acupressure piece(8) made of hard material is fixed.
