PURPOSE: A groove extruding apparatus for folding-jointing the book cover is provided to easily manufacture books, to facilitate productions and to allow mass production with its small size by automatically forming a groove for folding-jointing in a cover, in which a forming blade part fixed to a guide axis moves. CONSTITUTION: With an operation an interlocking gear(14) interlocking with a driving gear(13) to be rotated by a driving motor placed on the over put on a loading box(22), the groove extruding apparatus for the book cover folding-jointed forms a groove for folding-jointing on the book cover by passing through the guide axis and forms a groove for folding-jointing in the cover center, in which the forming blade part fixed to the guide axis moves, but the guide axis is fixed with a shaft connected to a link as one unit. The shaft fixes a worm wheel(17) interlocking with a worm gear(16) to be rotated with an operation of a control lever(15). The groove extruding apparatus for the book cover folding-jointed is constituted to raise the guide axis connected to the shaft and the link to the upward and downward. The driving gear rung by rotations of the drive motor rotates the interlocking gear and operates a rotary shaft at the same time. In the other side of the rotary shaft, a pulley connected to a belt is formed. After being formed in the rubber material, the rotary shaft is constituted to be closely connected with a supporting roller formed in front of a main body(10) and to transfer a paper cover by pressurizing it. |
