<p>PURPOSE: A method for switching on and off an LED using an AM radio airwave is provided to obtain sufficient current for an LED or semiconductor device by supplying a parallel voltage generation circuit. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of LEDs(40) are controlled by a controller without external power supply. An AM radio airwave is received without an external power supply. The power is converted and the LED is controlled by the received signal. An antenna(9) and a tuning circuit(10) receive an AM broadcasting. A voltage multiplier(20) boosts a voltage. The generated power is supplied to a controller(30) and the LED.</p> |
