The apparatus has two opposite cages (Ca, Cb) in a ellipsoidal or oval cover shaped, formed by metal bars (2) provided in meridian extending from a pole (3) to go toward an equatorial plan. Each cage is integrated to a tubular hub (5) to slide on a pin of a rotisserie at pole of the cage, where hub is provided with a blocking unit blocking on a rod. The cage is integrated to a metal ring (4) of the bars in an equatorial plan of the cage, where the ring delimits a closing plan of the two cages.
