PURPOSE: An inspecting apparatus of a liquid crystal panel and inspecting method thereof are provided to increase the inspection efficiency of a liquid crystal panel in order to increase the inspecting efficiency of a liquid crystal panel. CONSTITUTION: A gate driving unit drives gate lines of a liquid crystal panel(2). A panel driving control unit controls the gate driving unit and generates a gate driving signal by driving data lines of the liquid crystal panel. The panel driving control unit converts the polarity of the R,G,B data voltage in order to convert the inversion driving method of the liquid crystal panel according to the selection of a panel inspector.
