PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate wherein a decorative member such as a resin sheet, fabric or nonwoven fabric is effectively and beautifully bonded to a resin or metal base material by solving problems in using a solvent-based adhesive, and to develop a method of manufacturing the laminate. SOLUTION: The decorative member such as the resin sheet, fabric or nonwoven fabric, and the resin base material or the metal base material are bonded with each other through a composition containing modified polyolefin resin by vacuum forming or vacuum pressure forming.
