PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic coating composition, which is formable of a film only through drying and specifically is formable of a coating film with good transparency, good abrasion resistance, good water resistance, good solvent resistance, and good conductivity. SOLUTION: The antistatic coating composition includes (A) a water-soluble conductive polymer, (B) a binder resin, and (C) a crosslinking agent, wherein the crosslinking agent (C) has a functional group that can react with a carboxy group or a salt thereof.
