PURPOSE: A sheet form switch using controller area network communication is provided to perform mutual information change through controller area network communication according to chair shape information which is recorded according to the control of a controller. CONSTITUTION: A sheet form switch using controller area network communication comprises an IMS switch(101), a shape switch(109), a CAN communication part(139), and a controller(135). The shape switch operates the shape of the sheet. A rectifier supplies power source. The CAN communication part takes charge of the communication with PMS. The controller has the communication with CAN communication part according to the operation of an IMS switch. The controller stores the sheet form in an inner memory by the operation of an IMS switch.
