<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at the stabilization of production of regenerated particles and homogenization of the obtained regenerated particles by preventing slurry from coagulation and solidification in making the slurry of burnt materials obtained through a burning process in a method for producing the regenerated particles by using papermaking sludge as a main raw material. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the regenerated particles by using the papermaking sludge generated from a papermaking process as the main raw material and passing through water content removal, burning and crushing processes in this order is characterized by between the burning process and crushing process, further including a blending process of blending an acid and/or a salt to the burnt materials discharged from the burning process, and a slurry-forming process of suspending the burnt materials in water to make the slurry, wherein, the acid and/or salt can precipitate a calcium salt in the presence of calcium ions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
