PURPOSE: A method for transceiving channel information is provided to realize a backward compatibility in a transmission of channel information through a carrier wave compound. CONSTITUTION: A base station receives a sub band channel information by carrier from a terminal(S500). The base station classifies a sub band per carrier wave(S502). The base station determines a sub band grouping(S504). The base station transmits sub band grouping information to the terminal(S506).
