PURPOSE: A business trip system and operation method thereof are provided to enable a business traveler to select a desired transportation by automatically displaying main transportation after standardizing transportation cost. CONSTITUTION: If a request for a business trip is received from a connected user terminal, a business trip management server(10) displays a business trip route. The business trip management server calculates public transportation cost. An enterprise management server(20) receives business trip content from the business trip management server. The enterprise management server confirms the authorization of the received information.
