At the same time the end of the inclined partition is distant from the bottom at the distance, which is less than the distance between the lowest point of the drain hole and the bottom, so that the specified end when used is submerged into water. The other version of the device realisation differs from the first one by the fact that there is an intermediate partition that divides the siphon chamber into setting and drain chambers, which communicate with each other.
