PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bean sprouts is provided to prevent corrosion and decay of the bean sprouts while reducing culturing cost, and to improve productivity by reducing a culturing period of the bean sprouts. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of bean sprouts includes the following steps: supplying water to beans for 7~9 hours in 24~26°C; supplying water to the beans for 23~25 hours in 20~22°C; supplying water in 17~19°C; supplying water for 23~25 hours in 20~22°C; and supplying water to the beans for 23~25 hours in 14~16°C after passing through the whole steps. |
