<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a collection efficiency of a given component than ever while suppressing extreme increase of pressure loss. <P>SOLUTION: The filter is set in a gas passing path and adsorbs the given component in the gas to remove it from the gas. The filter includes: a filter body which is an assembly of a plurality of gas flow paths partitioned in the direction orthogonal to the gas inflow direction by a partition wall equipped with an adsorption function to the given component, some of the plurality of gas flow paths having at least opened inflow side ends and outflow end sides, the rest being alternately closed so that the inflow side ends and outflow end sides become reverse to each other; and a gas passing preventive member preventing gas passing, arranged at prescribed distance away from the inflow side end in the gas inflow side of a partial gas passing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
