<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To image a desired scene according to a feeling of a person to be imaged and atmosphere of that situation by an imaging apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A user selects an imaging condition according to the desired scene from imaging conditions which are conditions of the start of imaging, stored in an imaging condition storage area 123. Then, a feeling detection portion 152 detects, based on voice collected by a microphone 13, the feeling included in the voice.
