PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling ring which couples flange portions easily. SOLUTION: The coupling ring includes a series of unit members 50a-50c connected to make adjacent ones rotatable mutually and a fastening tool 52 for linking the unit members 50a, 50c disposed at both ends. By externally fitting recessed grooves 51 provided to extend circumferentially to the outer circumferential edges of the flanges facing each other, by connecting the unit members 50a, 50c at both ends in an annular state by the fastening tool 52, and by tightening the fastening tool 52, the ring presses inclined surfaces 51a and fixes and couples the flanges 2a, 2b to each other by a partial output in the axial direction generated at that time. Locking members 60a, 60b, which regulate expanding angles between the unit members 50a, 50c at each end and the adjacent unit member 50b within a fixed angle in the open state of the unit members 50a, 50c at both ends, are provided on at least either one of the unit members 50a-50c.
