PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable notification of a condition of a target person by using minimal information. SOLUTION: A condition notification device includes an input unit 12 where a heart rate of the target person detected by a heart rate detecting device 2 is input and a generating unit 18 for generating condition information indicating a current condition of the target person from the heart rate based on a predetermined threshold value. Further, the condition notification device may include a first calculating unit for calculating a current condition value of the target person based on the heart rate and current environment information. In this case, the generating unit generates condition information indicating the current condition of the target person from the current condition value based on a first threshold value which is determined in advance.
