PURPOSE: A vertical wind energy system with a double side horizontal wind blade is provided to efficiently transfer collected energy from propellers using differential gear device of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A vertical wind energy system comprises a supporting post, a differential gear device(120), propellers(130A,130B), and a generator. The supporting post is supported on the ground and extended in the vertical direction. The differential gear device is installed on the top of the supporting post and extended in the horizontal direction, and the differential gear device comprises a pair of propeller shafts which are symmetric to each other and a drive shaft(122) which is vertically connected to the propeller shafts and rotated when one of the propeller shafts is rotated. The propellers are respectively installed on the pair of propeller shafts(121A,121B) and rotated by wind. The generator is connected to the drive shaft and converts the mechanical energy into electric energy. |
