PURPOSE: A time display apparatus for a video conference system is provided to extract time information in which the video conference system is located. CONSTITUTION: If an identifier of opponent VCS(Video Conference System) is inputted, a control unit request final router location information to the final router through a tracing program(S21,S22). The control unit receives the location information from the final router(S23). The control unit detects current time of the region in which the opponent VCS is located(S24). The control unit displays the detected present time information to a call waiting window(S25).
