PURPOSE: An air conditioning device for a vehicle is provided to prevent cold air from becoming discharged to the face of a passenger by improving the mixing of cold and hot air. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning device for a vehicle comprises an air-conditioning case(10), an evaporator(2), a heater core(3) and a temperature control door(200). The temperature control door comprises sliding plates(210) and a door rotating shaft(220). The sliding plates are slidably coupled to both sidewalls of the air-conditioning case. A speed reducer is formed on the sliding plate. The speed reducer reduces the flow speed of air flowing along corresponding surface of the evaporator. The door rotating shaft is rotatably installed in the air-conditioning case and operates the sliding plate.
