PURPOSE: A preheater system for a vehicle is provided to improve heat exchanging efficiency even in a narrow space by arranging a heat sink in a direction of flowing air. CONSTITUTION: A preheater system for a vehicle comprises a heat sink(110), a Positive Temperature Coefficient assembly, and a housing(130). The heat sink comprises multiple heat radiating fins and air flow paths. The air flow paths are formed between the heat radiating fins. The PTC assembly is arranged in the direction of the air flow paths through the heat sink and comprises a terminal for power supply and a PTC element. The PTC element generates heat by receiving power from the terminal. The housing covers one and the other sides of the heat sink.
