WELDING PATH ESTABLISHMENT METHOD WITH TEACHING POINT ARRAY COMPARATOR

PURPOSE: A method for setting a welding path through the array comparison of teaching points is provided to improve work efficiency by reducing the teaching process of a worker and to enlarge the use range of a robot welding work. CONSTITUTION: A method for setting a welding path through the array comparison of teaching points is as follows. The arrangement order of teaching points is produced using an arrangement generator(S110). The distribution form of the produced arrangement order is confirmed(S120). Suitable estimations are defined to measure the suitability of the distribution form(S130). A welding route is set by selecting the arrangement order of the teaching point, satisfied with the suitable estimations(S140).
