<p>A push-pull type driver circuit of high voltage output that does not require many level shift circuits can be achieved. The push-pull type driver circuit comprises: a control circuit (3) that controls the switching operations of a plurality of transistors (11, 12) of high side; a level shift circuit (4) that shifts the voltage of a control signal, which the control circuit (3) outputs when the control circuit (3) off-controls the plurality of transistors (11, 12), to a first voltage, which can turn off the plurality of transistors (11, 12), and that applies the control signal, the voltage of which has been shifted to the first voltage, to the gate of one (11) of the plurality of transistors; and a conduction selecting circuit (5) that, if an output from the level shift circuit (4) exhibits the first voltage, applies the output to the gates of the remaining transistors (12), and that, otherwise, sets the gate inputs of the remaining transistors (12) to one of a high impedance and a second voltage, which can turn on the plurality of transistors (11, 12), in accordance with the control of the control circuit (3).</p> |
