<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment item control device eliminating complication in a setting work. <P>SOLUTION: This equipment item control device 10 includes a control level storage area 14d, a control level receiving section 15a, and a control command determining section 15e. The control level storage area stores a control level. The control level is a level for controlling one or a plurality of equipment items respectively disposed in a plurality of zones in one space by every zone. The control level receiving section receives the control level demanded by a user.
