PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance fixing strength of an arm piece and a retainer. SOLUTION: The wiper arm is constituted by fixing the arm piece 25 formed in a long size plate shape on the tip of this retainer 23 by caulking work, by connecting the base end of a body part 23a of the retainer 23 formed by bending a steel plate to an arm head, and a curved part 25b curving in a recess shape in the plate thickness direction is arranged on the base end side of the arm piece 25. A cross-sectional C-shaped cylindrical piece fixing part 23b is arranged on the tip side of the retainer 23, and the curved part 25b is contained in this piece fixing part 23b. The piece fixing part 23b is caulked in this state, and the curved part 25b is put in a state of being elastically deformed in a straight line shape along the piece fixing part 23b on the inside of the piece fixing part 23b, and the arm piece 25 is fixed to the retainer 23.
