PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk clamping device for centering a clamper with respect to a turntable, and a disk device. SOLUTION: Clamper supporting parts 5 and 6 support the outer peripheral edge of a clamper 4 at an initial position displaced byΔL in the rotational surface direction of the clamper 4 from the rotational axis L32 of a turntable 32. When a disk is inserted into the disk device, the turntable 32 approaches the clamper 4 in a state of being rotationally driven by a motor. As the turntable 32 approaches the clamper 4, attraction generated between the magnet 32b of the turntable 32 and the magnetic body 4a of the clamper 4 becomes larger, and the eccentric rotation of the clamper 4 is started. The clamper 4 is rotated while being pressed to the rotational axis L32 of the turntable 32 by the clamper supports 5 and 6 energized in directions approaching each other, and then centered with respect to the turntable 32.
