PURPOSE: A valve opening/closing apparatus is provided to smoothly discharge a large amount of gases produced when coal is introduced into a coke oven by accurately controlling the opening/closing of a high-pressure ammonia water valve. CONSTITUTION: A valve opening/closing apparatus comprises a hook unit(200), a driving unit(300), a sensor unit(400), and a control unit. The hook unit is caught on a valve handle of a high-pressure ammonia water valve, with a pair of valve operating hooks(220a,220b). The driving unit is installed on a charge bar, which travels on a side of a rider pipe, to horizontally transfer the hook unit to the valve and rotate the hook unit. The sensor unit senses the contact between the valve handle and the hook unit. The control unit controls the operation of the driving unit according to the sensing of the sensor unit. |
