摘要 PURPOSE: A method of controlling hookturning dynamic position using laser scanners of a crane is provided to load conveyed objects on a transfer vehicle correctly and rapidly by controlling the hookturning angle of a hoist. CONSTITUTION: A method of controlling hookturning dynamic position using laser scanners of a crane is as follows. A transfer vehicle(150) is arrived at a predetermined loading position. The front and back of the transfer vehicle are scanned using two scanners(120,130) to calculated the inclining angle of the transfer vehicle. A magnet crane(100) lifts a transferred object(140) to move the transferred object to the loading position. The lifted object is scanned using the two scanners to calculated an inclining angle of the object. A hook turning machine of a crane hoist is rotated by an angle difference. The object is scanned again to determine whether the object is within an error range angle. The object is loaded to the transfer vehicle.
