The sole has a mid-sole (12) with a mid-sole body (10), which extend over a heel region (16), a middle foot region (24) and a ball-toe region (26). The mid-sole body includes an air inlet opening (22) in the heel region and air outlet openings (28) in the middle foot region and/or the ball-toe region, where a ventilation channel (30) connects the air inlet opening to the air outlet openings. The ventilation channel is covered on a side by a cover under stress during walking, where the side is turned away from an outsole and the cover is elastically flexible in a direction to the outsole. |
