PURPOSE: A compound is provided to improve luminous efficiency and color purity when used as a phosphor host material of an organic electroluminescence device and to enable use as hole injection materials, hole transport materials, light emitting materials and/or electron transport materials. CONSTITUTION: A compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9 and R10 are respectively hydrogen, halogen, cyano, alkoxy, thiol, substituted or unsubstituted C1-50 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C1-50 alkoxy, substituted or unsubstituted C1-50 alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted C5-60 arylene, substituted or unsubstituted C5-60 aryl, substituted or unsubstituted C5-60 aryloxy, substituted or unsubstituted C1-50 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C5-60 heteroaryl, or substituted or unsubstituted C5-60 heteroaryloxy.
