The arrangement (1) has an optical gas sensor (2) comprising a radiation source (8), a measuring cell (9) and a detector device (10), where the source emits infrared radiation. The device comprises a photoacoustic radiation detector. The cell is filled with gas mixture to be analyzed and is radiated by the radiation. The source comprises a heating and/or measuring resistor of a chemical gas sensor (3), which is formed as a gas-sensitive semiconductor sensor and comprises a gas-sensitive semiconductor metal oxide layer (11). The resistor is arranged on a ceramic carrier.
