PURPOSE: A spraying apparatus having a locking function is provided to selectively lock the apparatus by operating a push operation of a spraying button for the spraying of materials. CONSTITUTION: A spraying apparatus includes: a spraying cap(131) which is combined with a housing containing materials and has an operation groove; a first spraying button(133) which is installed in the spraying cap and formed in order to enable the sliding according to the operation groove by push operation; a second spraying button(134) which is combined with the first spraying button in order to be slid with the first spraying button by push operation; and a spraying pipe for spraying the material from the housing to the outside.
