TEA BEVERAGE CONTAINING AMINO ACID IN HIGH CONCENTRATION

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea beverage being a container-packed tea beverage which contains an amino acid in a high concentration, and in which the smell by heat deterioration, caused by heat sterilization is reduced.

SOLUTION: The tea beverage contains≥40 ppm of the amino acid,≥150 ppm of caffeine, and≥50 ppb of furaneol in the tea beverage. Preferably, the content of catechins is≤600 ppm.
